Our goal is to make the Returns & Exchanges process as simple, straightforward, and pain-free as possible for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order or are in need of a different size, simply follow the steps below to begin processing your return for exchange, store credit, or refund.

Please Note: Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

To request a return or exchange, you will need your order number (found in your order's confirmation email and packing slip) and the email address associated with the order. If you need to return or exchange items from multiple orders, please create a different return for each order number to receive separate shipping labels. Items from multiple orders sent back in the same package will not be processed.

Exchanges - Free Shipping (Continental U.S. Only)

Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags still applied can be exchanged for another size up to 60 days after purchase.

Upon completion of your exchange via the portal, a return shipping label will be generated for you with instructions for return. Once we receive the original item(s), we will process the exchange and send out the new item(s) to the original shipping address. Email notifications, including tracking information, will be sent throughout the exchange process.

Store Credit - Free Shipping (Continental U.S. Only)

Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags still applied can be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card up to 60 days after purchase.

Upon completion of your return for store credit via the portal, a return shipping label will be generated for you with instructions for return. Once we receive the original item(s), we will process the return for store credit. You will receive a digital gift card in the amount of the return via email to use on our website. Email notifications will be sent throughout the store credit return process.

Refunds - Shipping & Handling Fee (Continental U.S. Only)

Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags still applied can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method up to 60 days after purchase.

Upon completion of your return for a refund via the portal, a return shipping label will be generated for you with instructions for return. Once we receive the original item(s), we will process the return and refund the original payment method. Email notifications will be sent throughout the refund process.

Returns for full refunds are subject to a shipping & handling fee to cover the cost of the return shipping label and will not exceed $12.

International Orders - Shipping & Handling Fee

We are not able to provide our prepaid return labels for addresses outside of the U.S. As a result, all international customers are responsible for their return shipping to and from Chêne Gear. Only orders in the continental U.S. qualify for free shipping.
